Hester will be working with Arts 4 Dementia Empowering people with dementia through artistic stimulation: to deliver 8 weekly photography workshops to people in the early stages of dementia and their carers, at the Photographer's Gallery London, with display of their work, from May-July 2012 as part of the London Arts Challenge.
Hester is currently realising The Memory Project. Commissioned by Westminster Arts and funded by The Arts Council to realise a photographic publication and project about the hands and life stories of people living with dementia in Westminster.
